The safe administration of chemotherapy is critical in cancer treatment, necessitating strict adherence to established guidelines to prevent errors and ensure patient safety. Oncology nurses are at the forefront of chemotherapy delivery, and their compliance with these guidelines is paramount. In Kebbi State, Nigeria, evaluating the extent of adherence to chemotherapy administration protocols can highlight areas for improvement in oncology nursing practice.
